Black Sheep Community Rules
One flock. Many clubs. One shared standard. These rules protect our members, keep trades fair, and help every Black Sheeper feel safe, respected and included.

- Fairness: trades, donations and rotations must be transparent.
- Belonging: every member should feel part of the Black Sheep family.
- Teamwork: clubs cooperate across borders instead of competing against one another.
Community Standards
1. Respect Every Member
No harassment, bullying, discrimination, threats, humiliation or hostile language. Disagreements must remain calm and focused on the issue, never the person.
2. Zero Tolerance for Scams
Never request money, passwords, login codes or private account access. Do not impersonate another member, use fake screenshots, create false trade histories or promise stickers you do not own. Report suspicious behaviour immediately.
3. No Spam or Unapproved Advertising
No repeated messages, referral spam, unrelated links, commercial promotions or recruitment for outside communities without approval from the community leadership.
4. Keep Communication in the Correct Space
Use General Chat for conversation, Trading areas for stickers, Star Rotation for vault donations, and club-specific rooms for club coordination. This keeps information easy to find across more than 22 active clubs.
Sticker Trading Rules
- Keep your album and duplicate counts accurate and update them after every trade.
- Confirm the sticker name, set, quantity and receiving account before sending.
- Never pressure members into unfair exchanges.
- Do not mark a trade complete until both sides confirm receipt.
- Gold stickers may only be traded when Monopoly GO officially allows them.
- If a mistake happens, communicate immediately and involve a club president or moderator when needed.
Star Vault & Donation Rules
- Only a main Monopoly GO account may enter the rotation; alternate accounts are not accepted.
- Members must meet the published minimum star requirement before joining.
- Submit a current, uncropped screenshot showing the full Monopoly GO username, MOGO code and vault star total.
- Recipients must provide evidence of donations received when requested.
- Members in the chain are expected to support the participants directly before and after them.
- Votes and confirmations must be honest. Coordinated false voting may result in removal.
- Failure to donate as agreed may pause or remove a member from the rotation.
Privacy & Account Safety
- Share only the minimum information required for a trade or verification.
- Do not publish private conversations or personal information without consent.
- Use a strong, unique password and never share verification codes.
- Community staff will never ask for your Monopoly GO, email or social-media password.
Moderation & Fair Process
Club presidents and moderators apply these rules together. Depending on severity, action may include guidance, a warning, temporary restrictions, removal from a rotation, suspension or permanent removal. Serious scams, threats or repeated abuse may result in immediate removal. Members may calmly provide evidence and request a review.
The Black Sheep Pledge
We trade honestly, help generously, speak respectfully and protect one another. We choose unity over division, compassion over judgment, and community over competition. Together, we help more players finish their albums and remind every Black Sheeper that they belong.
By participating in Black Sheep GO Clubs, you agree to follow these standards and help keep the flock safe.
